Indian Elephant wedding cake

The majority of wedding cakes these days tend to be shades of cream or white with a little bit of pink or pastel shade but occasionally we get asked to create something so beautiful, colourful and different it takes our breath away. This Indian cushion cake topped with a stunningly ornate sugar elephant is one such cake and I couldn’t resist doing a whole blog post dedicated to it and colourful modern wedding cakes

It is not for the faint hearted or probably your average Brides reader but it is our most admired, Facebook liked and window photographed cake we have ever made.
